Clearday Announces Launch of Clearday Network™ Alliance Program for Home Care Agencies

Participating Home Care Agencies Will Use Clearday at Home™ Virtual Care Platform to Attract and Retain Employees, Grow Revenue with Differentiated Care, and Keep Clients Longer

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, June 29, 2021 – Clearday, an innovative leader in delivering high-quality, non-acute longevity care services that enable seniors to age in place, today announced the launch of Clearday Network™, an alliance program focused on empowering the roughly 24,000 non-acute home care agencies in the U.S. to grow, thrive, and provide a superior care experience.

The Clearday Network program enables non-acute home care agencies to offer innovative premium care services based on the Clearday at Home™ platform, Clearday’s virtual care service that supports in-home delivery of goal-driven care for those with declining cognitive health and mobility.

Launched in early 2021, Clearday at Home provides families with resources and content they need to provide superior care at home for loved ones with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other lifestyle limiting conditions.

With the new Clearday Network alliance program, Clearday aligns these resources with the personal touch of senior home care agencies. These agencies will now be able to offer Clearday’s diagnostic tools, care-centered content, and caregiver support services as a highly differentiated, value-added offering for their family clients, at preferred monthly rates. The platform will support their front-line caregivers in their delivery of care, while providing client families with resources to maintain a high quality of care when care aides are not on duty.

“The Clearday at Home platform is a game-changer for our business,” said George Heinemann, Owner and Operator of Your Choice Senior Care, a leading home care agency serving the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. “It allows us to fill in the gaps traditionally found within the in-home senior care industry, giving us resources that even large platforms could not provide before, while giving our client families the power to provide better care for their loved ones when we aren’t there with them.”

Just as importantly, agencies will be able to standardize their care protocols and employee training and development programs on the Clearday care delivery methodology and “Technicians of Cognitive Care” training platform. Establishing a standardized framework of continuous training, development, and supportive resources for their employees allows agencies to attract and retain employees in a challenging economic environment.

“We believe the Clearday platform positions us as the preferred employer for caregivers in our local market, giving us an advantage in addressing a major challenge that everyone in our industry is facing,” said Heinemann. “With Clearday, we’re giving our employees the resources they need to deliver great care, as well as a pathway to build and certify their skills as caregivers, and we believe that makes us the provider that caregivers want to work for.”

The Clearday Network alliance program reflects Clearday’s vision of making high quality, non-acute care options more accessible, affordable, and empowering for seniors who wish to age in place. With its focus on home care agencies, the Clearday Network initiative aims to empower and encourage caregivers to remain in the industry, and to help address the shortage of qualified caregivers as the U.S. population ages.

“We’ve built a platform that we believe can help the entire longevity care industry elevate its services and improve the lives of millions of Americans that are caring for aging loved ones,” said Jim Walesa, Clearday’s President and CEO. “With the Clearday Network alliance program, we’re aiming to power more thriving home care businesses, staffed by more well-trained caregivers delivering exceptional care to older Americans and their families.”
